Fulling Mill have in excess of 200 skilled artisans and fly tyers employed. The design process that we employ uses a variety of fly fishing experts across the age and gender gaps, as we find there is so much to learn from every corner of the country.

Fishing fly design is very subjective and all new designs are run off and tested in batches to make sure that they fulfil the exact roll and mimic nature in the closest way possible.
