The trouts in Irish Waters have a very similar diet to that
of those in Welsh Waters, as the water begins to cool. This starts the fish
feeding throughout the day time, as they need to pack on as much weight as they
can, as Winter months are looming. Pulling flies fast through the water can
give tremendous sport at this time of the year.
Mostly one
single fly is used for dapping so you must have a good selection to try this
method out.
